Deanie’s: Who Dat Nation’s Gameday Destination

Posted by Karen Hales on Sep 06 2012

NEW ORLEANS-(Sept. 26, 2012)-Get the post-play party started at Deanie’s Seafood Restaurant in the French Quarter. Located at 841 Iberville St. one corner off of Bourbon Street, Deanie’s Seafood is host to former New Orleans Saints quarterback Cajun Cannon Bobby Hebert and “The Point After” radio show on Saints Radio Network immediately following each Saints NFL game.

After a disappointing start to the season, the Saints are away competing this week against the Green Bay Packers, whose loss last week against the Seattle Seahawks stirred up controversy regarding the NFL replacement official's botched call. Kickoff is  3:15 p.m. on Sunday afternoon.

Deanie’s Seafood, located close by to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, is Saints Radio Network’s Post-NFL Headquarters and an exciting game-day destination offering beverage promotions including a Budweiser Bucket Special –  5 bottles for $12. [Others--An Appetizer plus Beer Offer?] Following the game, Hebert and cohost Deke Bellavia will provide post-game analysis and take questions and comments from radio listeners and the live audience at Deanie’s.

With a relaxing atmosphere, a full menu of New Orleans favorites and beverage promotions and beer specials before, during and after the game, Deanie's Seafood is where serious Saints fans go after the dome goes dark. Named “New Orleans’ Best Seafood Restaurant” by readers of Gambit Weekly and the Times Picayune, Deanie's Seafood in the French Quarter is the second location for the restaurant famous for heaping portions of the best boiled, broiled and fried seafood around. So whether you’re watching the game on our five flat-screen TVs, celebrating a big win with a frosty schooner or analyzing a play over a giant seafood platter, come out and join Deanie’s each week to be part of the party!

“The Point After” is sponsored by Deanie’s Seafood, Zatarain’s and Budweiser, and is broadcast locally on 870 AM and 105.3 FM, as well as 33 other Saints Radio Network affiliate stations throughout Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi.
