Crawfish season is in full swing, and Pinch A Palooza on April 22 (noon to 8pm) will celebrate all things crawfish! Our dishes are carefully crafted from scratch using the freshest ingredients and authentic family recipes. You can try a variety of dishes at Pinch A Palooza Festival from crawfish nachos, crawfish balls, fried crawfish tails and crawfish étouffée to crawfish bisque and crawfish bread. And did we mention that we’ll have over 5,000 pounds of delicious boiled crawfish plus traditional sides like corn and potatoes? A selection of non-seafood items will also be available for purchase, and you can wash it all down with ice cold beer on tap or other specialty frozen drinks. You can also test your competitive eating skills during our Crawfish Eating Contests for kids and adults.
