As a participant of the Louisiana Wild Seafood Certification Program (LWSCP), Deanie’s was invited to take part in “Catch Louisiana,” featuring New York Times journalist and James Beard award-winning author Paul Greenberg, an event discussing issues of seafood sustainability. Catch Louisiana showcased Greenberg’s best-selling book on sustainable U.S. seafood, “American Catch: The Fight for Our Local Seafood.”
