Celebrate National Seafood Month with Gulf Seafood at Bucktober Fridays

October is National Seafood Month and Deanie’s is celebrating with our outdoor fall concert series Bucktober Fridays. Celebrate with us every Friday In October at Deanie’s in Bucktown with great local live music, a full menu of fresh Louisiana seafood plus Charbroiled Oysters grilled to order! There are so many reasons to support seafood this month, especially the Gulf seafood of our region.

We have dug up some facts about Gulf seafood that you may not have been aware of:

In blind taste tests, consumers chose Gulf Seafood (oysters, shrimp and crab) products over others sold in the United States 85% of the time.

Gulf Seafood is plentiful and sustainable, and its producers work hard to provide a nourishing, fresh product while protecting species for future generations.
